Our History

In 2003, our journey began when Damian Delfino, the visionary founder of our company, joined forces with his father, Jorge, a second-generation maritime expert. Together, they embarked on a mission to revolutionize communication solutions for seafarers arriving at the ports of Buenos Aires, Campana, and Zarate. This endeavor required them to be present onboard vessels during their stays, laying the foundation for our commitment to providing impeccable service.

In 2005, we took a bold step forward by introducing a digital record of calls, enabling us to serve multiple ships simultaneously. By leaving a dedicated set of two phones on board throughout a ship's stay, we improved efficiency and expanded our reach, solidifying our reputation for reliability and innovation.

Recognizing the growing need for connectivity, we evolved our offerings in 2010 by incorporating internet dongles into our product portfolio. This expansion allowed us to better cater to the evolving needs of seafarers, ensuring they remained connected while at sea.

In 2011, we further diversified our services by introducing SIM cards, enhancing the connectivity options available to seafarers and tourists alike.

In 2013, we extended our commitment to exceptional service by establishing a presence at the Buenos Aires Cruises Terminal, becoming a vital touchpoint for cruise passengers and crewmembers seeking reliable communication solutions during their visits to Buenos Aires.

As our reputation for excellence continued to grow, we made strategic changes in 2016 by transitioning to a system of receiving orders prior to vessel arrivals. We also established a network of partners and collaborators, facilitating our expansion to ports in San Lorenzo and Rosario.

The year 2018 marked another significant milestone as we expanded our services to include the ports of Ushuaia, Necochea, Bahia Blanca, and Comodoro Rivadavia, strengthening our commitment to providing superior communication solutions to seafarers across Argentina.

Throughout our journey, we've remained dedicated to our founding principles of innovation, reliability, and unwavering customer service. Today, our team has grown, and we proudly hold key partnerships with leading maritime agencies in Argentina. We supply and support more than 300 ships annually, and our presence at Buenos Aires Cruises Terminal ensures that cruise passengers and crewmembers can rely on our services during their stay in Buenos Aires.
